Sports Classes For Your Pod

Bring an ANTS Sports class or “mini-camp” right to your neighborhood for your child’s pod! We’ll provide an expert coach, age-appropriate equipment, and FUN curriculums to help your children explore sports in a stress-free environment. You choose the sport, time & place!
Details & Pricing
Location: Anywhere in the East Bay or San Francisco. Whether it’s a park, tennis court, or neighborhood cul-de-sac, you choose your perfect spot! Our coaches come to you.
Sports: Now available: Tennis, soccer, basketball, flag football, floor hockey, and yoga. Choose one activity or make your classes “multi-sport!”
Days: Choose any day(s) of the week.
Timeslots: Choose your ideal timeslot. All classes include 1.5 hours of playtime.

- – 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm
- – 3:00 pm – 4:30 pm
- – 4:30pm – 6:00pm
- – 6:30pm – 8:00pm (under the lights)
Session length: 8 class minimum
Cost: Cost is dependent on group size & session length and starts at $30/class hour. After receiving your pod request we’ll share an exact price (we aim to respond within 24 hours).
- ANTS trained and qualified coaches. Our coaches focus on your child being safe and having FUN first! We’ll come to your neighborhood and lead a custom sports program that matches your child’s interests & abilities.
Progressive curriculum: We teach the fundamentals of sports through team games, individual work, and partner work.
Appropriately sized equipment. We use sports equipment that has been proven as the best way to teach children under 10 to play sports! Using the right equipment helps children have fun while learning the game with others.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I start a class for my pod?
We will work with a designated parent coordinator to discuss your program desires and the days, times, and location that work best for your community. We’ll set up a registration page which you can share with your community. We’ll handle all other details including coaches, equipment, location set-up, and rosters.
How many kids can join?
In light of COVID-19 we are recommending smaller group sizes of 4-6.
What are the age group recommendations?
It’s usually best to group the kids into K-2nd and 3rd-5th grade so that they can play with similar ability levels. This is flexible based on your needs and/or desires.
How much do pod classes cost?
Payment is required upfront for a minimum of 6 classes. For a session of 6 classes, the cost is $270/child (groups of 4-6) and $315/child (groups of 3-4).
How long do classes run for?
Our pod sessions run for a minimum of 6 classes (1.5 hours each class). You can schedule classes bi-weekly or weekly based on your preference. If your group loves the class and coach, we can keep it going as long as you’d like.
How often do programs run?
Everything is flexible for your pod! We can run your class weekly, twice weekly, or even three times weekly. We do have a minimum of 6 classes per session.
How do you handle rain days?
We’ll do our best to notify parents about necessary cancellations due to rain, and schedule make-up days on another day that works for your group.
What is your refund policy?
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. If after your first class we didn’t meet your expectations and you wish to cancel, we’ll issue you a full refund for the remaining weeks. If a class gets cancelled due to weather or reasons outside our control, we will schedule make-up days or offer class credit for future ANTS programs.
