After school program refund policy:
  • 100% refund

    Cancellation by July 1st (Fall Semester) or November 15 (Winter/Spring Semester): 100% refundable* or a full credit

  • 50% refund

    Cancellation by July 15th (Fall Semester) or December 1 (Winter/Spring Semester): 50% refundable* or a 50% credit

  • No refund

    Cancellation after July 15th (Fall Semester) or December 1 (Winter/Spring Semester): non-refundable

  • As long as space allows, there is no fee to switch program days

*All refunds subject to non-refundable 2.9% credit card service fee
